webdesign I have been designing web pages as a small part of my current position for almost ten years. I employ mostly CSS and HTML, though I have used PHP/MySQL to create forms and collect data. I currently work in Roxen CMS, and utilize CSS for style and formatting. I also use Flash and some Javascript. I have taken several graduate courses in information architecture, usability, and technical communication. Currently I am studying SEO, and have recently employed Google Analytics to track usage of the sites I still maintain. I optimize my sites with geo-tracking, keywords, descriptions, alt tags, page titles, and headings.
This website represents the Visual Resources Collection at Princeton University. I built it using Roxen CMS.
This website is for the Department of Art and Archaeology at Princeton University. It is my first site using Roxen CMS. It uses Flash to change the images in the header and PHP/MySQL to feed the faculty pages.
The Tang Center site was originally designed by Binocular graphic designers. The site owner wanted the site in Roxen CMS, so I recreated the original design in Roxen to match the look and feel that Binocular had created.
I created the logo and website for C&E Productions as a favor to the owners. The company has since been bought by another studio and the site is no longer live.
I created the logo and website shell for CPTSC as a favor to my advisor. The logo and shell were handed off and is in control of another NJIT student at present time.
As a part of my capstone project for the Masters in Technical Communication at NJIT, I redeisgned the program website to include information architecture, disability standards, and conducted usability testing. I used HTML and CSS.
The Goddard School website is the first site I ever built. I used only HTML and CSS.
I based the design of Vallerie European Spa on the spa's brochure created by a graphic designer as a favor to the owner.
